Chief Executive Officer of CR Coatings & Logistics Management Group, LLC (“CRCL”), a position he has held since April 01, 2011.  R.J. became an officer of the company in 2011 and joined the board of DORA Holdings, Inc. (the parent company) in 2010.  D’Orazio has held leadership roles in various industries including automotive, contract manufacturing and most recently long-haul specialized transportation.

R.J. received a degree in global business management and holds a 6Sigma Green Belt certificate of achievement.  D’Orazio is also a member of various economic development boards with focuses on regional workforces and global logistics.

He is married with two children and lives in Coal City, Illinois.  In his free time he enjoys various sports and aviation.
