Robert Sieffert spent 25 years in the transportation, distribution, and supply chain fields.  His career includes sitting on both sides of the desk, working for carriers and shippers.  He has extensive experience in freight rate negotiation, fleet management, and operations for truckload, LTL, Rail, and intermodal.

His background also includes directing a national network of bulk terminals and package warehouses.  He reached the level of Director of Supply and Logistics Management with a multi-national agri-business producing both food and industrial products.  His responsibilities there included production scheduling and demand planning for import/export.

In 2002, Mr. Sieffert changed careers by entering the collision repair industry.  He identified a niche market in Northwest Indiana, and was instrumental in launching a new state-of-the-art collision repair facility.  After six years in that business, he moved to a newly-formed sister company known as CR Coatings and Logistics Group.  He is currently engaged in a large outsourcing contract with a major  international manufacturer, and is a key factor in the success of that venture.

Mr. Sieffert graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.  He has two adult children and one child in high school, and resides in St. John, Indiana.
