Jim started with Collision Revision in 1983 as a collision repair technician, I-CAR trained and ASE certified. In 1985 assumed his first management role. Throughout his 25 year career in the automotive industry he has held various leadership roles including President and COO, and was paramount in helping to build Collision Revision into one of the largest, privately held collision repair operators in the United States.

Responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, the start up of new locations, development of policy and operational procedures, training and implementation of location management staff, Insurance and Vendor Relations.

He served on a curriculum Advisory Board at Universal Technical Institute in Houston Texas, an industry panel for Skills USA in Kansas City, Missouri.

Jim joined CR Coatings & Logistics Management Group, LLC (“CRCL”) in 2008 as the Senior Vice President, Operations. He worked within Caterpillar Joliet from 2008 to 2011. Team member of various six sigma projects, and trained in Caterpillar Production Systems.

In 2011, Jim was elected President of the Company, by the Board of Directors of CRCL’s parent Company, DORA Holdings, Inc.

Jim is married with two grown children and lives in Shorewood, Illinois
