Jim joined CR Coatings & Logistics Management Group, LLC (“CRCL”) in 2008 as the Senior Vice President, Operations. He worked within Caterpillar Joliet from 2008 to 2011. Team member of various six sigma projects, and trained in Caterpillar Production Systems.

Robert Sieffert

Robert Sieffert spent 25 years in the transportation, distribution, and supply chain fields.  His career includes sitting on both sides of the desk, working for carriers and shippers.  He has extensive experience in freight rate negotiation, fleet management, and operations for truckload, LTL, Rail, and intermodal.

Phyllis Skubic, PHR

Human Resources Manager

Phyllis joined the Collision Revision team in 2001 and assumed the challenge of developing a Human Resource Department and bringing all those functions in-house. At that time, Collision Revision had twelve (12) operating facilities, three under construction and about 200 employees.  Ten years later, there were twenty-seven (27) operating facilities and over 450 employees.  One of the most rewarding projects she helped develop was the ‘New Employee Orientation’ which she facilitated for over seven years.  Phyllis received her PHR – Professional in Human Resources certification in 2008.

R.J. A. D’Orazio is the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, a position he has held since April 01, 2011.  R.J. became an officer of the company in 2011 and joined the board of DORA Holdings, Inc. (the parent company) in 2010.  D’Orazio has held leadership roles in various industries including automotive, contract manufacturing and most recently long-haul specialized transportation.

Jim joined Caterpillar Inc. in 1973 as an hourly employee in Joliet, Illinois.  He completed a 4-year manufacturing apprentice program in 1979.  During this period, Jim began attending college.  Jim earned a Bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Francis and a MBA from Governors State University.

Dale Christensen

Retired Caterpillar, Inc.

Dale joined Caterpillar in 1962 as an hourly employee after attending Rockford School of Business.  From 1965-67 he served in the US Army.  Upon returning to Caterpillar he was in the first class of the NSST (New Supervisor Training Program) while taking additional course work in Business and Psychology at Joliet Junior College.

Mike Calandro

Hydraulic Product Manager (Retired)

Mike joined Caterpillar Inc. in 1969 as an hourly employee in Joliet Illinois. He held various machining assignments  and completed a 2 year electrician apprentice program in 1972. In 1979 Mike was promoted to machine shop supervisor. During this time he also attended college earning associate degrees in Industrial Management and Personnel Management. He is an alumni of the American Management Association graduating from their Management Development Program.
